Description
StemPro®-34 SFM is a serum-free medium specifically formulated to support the development of
human hematopoietic cells in culture (1). StemPro®-34 SFM can be used to study hematopoietic cells
from bone marrow, peripheral blood, or neonatal cord blood. StemPro®-34 SFM is performance-tested
on normal human bone marrow. It is manufactured with components of human, recombinant or synthetic origin.
StemPro®-34 SFM consists of a basal liquid medium and frozen supplement
(StemPro®-Nutrient Supplement) which is added at the time of use.
人间充质干细胞生长无血清培养基
SFM具有在高细胞密度下实现高效 hMSC 扩增；
人间充质干细胞(hMSCs)传代5次之后仍具有原始表型，保持hMSC表面标志物表达，
具有正常的基因表达谱，并且保持CFU-F和三系中胚层分 化能力；
在cGMP条件下生产，通过 hMSC 性能分析进行认证，保证极小的批间差；
无需或仅需少量驯化，即可从添加血清的培养基改为使用此产品。
